Good location, brand new, confortable beds and good bathroom
No wardrobs or fridge, only 1 chair in a double room, no where to put anyting but the floor when the description said there would be a desk. The breakfast is a joke! Its a paper bag containing a tiny orrange juce carton a bread mayo cheese sandwich and a small orange, for 2 people! Why even bother! And you have to sit on your bed it eat it! Spend £30 more a night on a hotel room that has breakfast as thats how much breakfast will cost you in town and stay in a much nicer place!
Simple and clean. Very new. Close to rail and Hurtigruten terminal.
Practical e "no fuzz" athmosphere. All there what is needed and if booked early quite a little cheaper than other standard hotel rates. Who does not need a full Hotel breakfast should be ok here.
Breakfast just a sanduich, a fruit and a little box of juice. Even for who needs not a big, full breakfast, very monotonous if you stay longer than 2-3 days. VERY NEGATIVE: after staying for 9 (!) nights in a row, I needed to extend another night on the last day. Although the Hotel was very far from being full, I had to pay almost double the rate of my original booking (995 instead of 595). Experiences like this make me always look for another option first the next time. Deplorable business strategy of the P-Hotels chain!!!
It has really a very good location right next to the central train station, and in a few minutes to walk to a city center. It is a good price for such a convenient location and comfort that you are receiving. the service is fair, staff is well trained and coffee is available all 24 hours.
no stow away possibilities in the room
no real breakfast - poor coffee - no in-room storage
Its a very new hotel and such is in good condition and modern fittings and art work. The bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly, especially since the train from Oslo arrived 3.5hrs late, making my arrival at 2.15am. Yet the front desk employee was there to greet me although I had adviced them that my arrival would be 10.30pm. It is very close to the train, yet I had no noise issues, being on the river side. This side also provided beautiful views of the boats and riverside buildings.
Trondheim has no public laundry facilities, making it difficult for the long term traveller. It would make sense then that the hotel provide even the simplest of facilities (just one machine at least). The rooms have no phones which is always helpful to have on hand. The air operated auto shutting doors were the only noise disturbance I experienced. Would suggest they use foam rubber to reduce impact noise.
It's proximity to the town, comfortable room, room temperature controls were perfect.
Clean, quite spacious rooms and affordable prices
Beakfast that you can get at every gas station - ready made sandwich delivered to the room. The worst breafast that I ever had.
Location and bedroom comfort
having to go to ground floor for coffee!
Well designed, low cost, well located hotel.
Slightly short of information - it only emerged by accident that although all breakfasts are delivered to your room, you then take your breakfast to the dining room to eat it is you want coffee or tea. It was not clear that the bathrppm light worked only by movement sensor - a good idea - but very slow to switch off. And that the hotel offered a very good deal on dinner at a nearby restaurant. Better customer information would help a lot. One German or English TV channel would be good too
It is brand new and the room was big and clean. Comfortable mattress.
When I made the reservation, the website said they had satellite TV, but I was only able to watch 5 channels (all norwegian). The breakfast is the same for this hotel chain, but I consider it poor considering other hotels in the country.
Extremely convenient for bus, steamer and rail terninals Self service tea and coffee
A bit clinical
easy relaxed and minimalistic
Stayed several times at this hotel sometimes the trains get too loud but the windows isolate sould well enough
